01 PRODUCTS

Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality, nickel-free and lead-free 304L stainless steel. We chose this material for its high durability, oxidation resistance, and hypoallergenic properties. Some models are adorned with cubic zirconia or pearls, with a meticulous gold finish.

Yes, absolutely. Our jewelry is guaranteed nickel-free and lead-free, making it perfectly suitable for even the most sensitive and reactive skin.

Yes, absolutely. Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear. It is perfectly resistant to fresh water, chlorine from the pool, sea salt, as well as sun and perspiration.

You can wear them with confidence in the shower, at the beach, or during your activities, without worrying about them losing their shine.

To preserve the shine of your jewelry over time, we recommend following these simple steps:

  • Cleaning: Gently wipe them with the soft cloth provided with your order.
  • Beach & Pool Tip: Rinse your jewelry with fresh water after every swim in salt or chlorinated water.
  • Protection: Avoid direct and prolonged contact with perfumes, creams, and chemical products.
  • Storage: When not wearing them, store your jewelry in their Emily travel pouch to protect them.


All our rings are adjustable. They easily adapt to all body types, so you don't need to choose a specific size. It's also the ideal choice for a worry-free gift.

02 ORDERS

We accept payments by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, CB) as well as mobile payment solutions Apple Pay and Google Pay, or via your PayPal account.

For your peace of mind, all transactions made on our site are fully secured by an advanced SSL encryption protocol. None of your banking data is stored on our servers.

Each piece of jewelry is carefully presented in its own individual box or pouch.

To enhance your experience, we are pleased to offer with each order a small waterproof Emily pouch (ideal for safely carrying your jewelry) and a soft cloth dedicated to its care.


Every package is prepared with the utmost care, designed as a true gift ready to be given. You also have the option to add an extra gift bag to your order: your jewelry will then be placed directly inside, ready to be given to its recipient as soon as the shipping box is opened.

Yes, absolutely. You can validate your basket as a "guest" by simply providing your email address during payment.

However, creating an account allows you to save your favorite jewelry, track your shipments in real-time, and easily access your order history.

Yes, provided your order has not yet been shipped.

To ensure fast delivery times, we prepare your packages quickly. We therefore invite you to contact us as soon as possible at contact@emilyjewelry.fr, stating your order number. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, no modification or cancellation will unfortunately be possible.

Yes, absolutely. All you need to do is enter the recipient's address as the shipping address when you check out.

No prices are visible in the package: your jewelry is carefully prepared and ready to be given as a gift, discreetly.

Yes, the price displayed is the final price.

As EMILY JEWELRY is a sole proprietorship, VAT is not applicable (in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). The amount indicated when you place your order is therefore the net price you will pay, with no surprises.

A confirmation email is sent to you immediately after your purchase.

03 SHIPPING

For France:

  • Delivery is free for purchases over €60.
  • Below this amount, delivery costs €5 (via Colissimo) or €10 (via Chronopost).

For the European Union:

  • Delivery is free for purchases over €80, via Chronopost. (shipping policy).
  • Below this amount, delivery costs €15 via Chronopost.

To protect the brilliance of your creations, all our orders are shipped in neat and robust cardboard shipping boxes.

We currently deliver to mainland France, Corsica, as well as European Union countries (the complete list of countries served is available in our shipping policy).

Overseas departments and territories and countries outside the European Union are not yet served. Any expansion of our delivery zones will be announced directly on our website.

Each order is prepared with the greatest care within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).


Please note: during collection launches, holiday periods, or exclusive offers, these preparation times may be slightly extended.

Once your package has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metropolitan France & Corsica: 1 to 2 business days.
  • European Union: 2 to 5 business days.

An email containing your tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch to allow you to track your package in real time.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a Colissimo or Chronopost tracking link.

You will then be able to track every step of your case's delivery in real time, directly on the carrier's website.

If you are absent, the delivery person will leave a delivery notice. Depending on the chosen carrier, the arrangements vary:

  • With Colissimo: Your package is dropped off at the nearest post office or relay point, or a new delivery attempt is scheduled.
  • With Chronopost: You have the option to reschedule delivery for the date and time slot of your choice.

In all cases, you will be immediately informed by email or SMS of the instructions for collecting your order with peace of mind.


If you notice an anomaly upon delivery, we advise you to refuse the package directly with the delivery person by stating your reservations. If the package has already been delivered, please contact our team within 48 hours at contact@emilyjewelry.fr. Please provide us with your order number as well as clear photos of the damaged packaging and its contents. We will find a solution as soon as possible to ensure your complete satisfaction.

04 RETURNS

Yes, absolutely. You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To be eligible for return, the piece of jewelry must be completely new, unworn, and returned in its complete original packaging (Emily carrying pouch, case, and soft cloth).

Please note: For obvious hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to obtain a different model, simply return the original item to us under the usual conditions (within 14 days, new and unworn) to receive a refund. In parallel, you can place a new order on our website to receive the new piece of jewelry of your choice.

For strict hygiene and health protection reasons.

All earrings (hoops, drops, studs, and ear cuffs) are definitively excluded from the right of return, even if they have not been worn — in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.

This measure allows us to guarantee to each of our customers that their earrings are perfectly new and have never been handled. Of course, all our other jewelry (rings, necklaces, bracelets) remain fully returnable.

To return your item smoothly, please follow these steps:

  1. Make your request: Write to us at contact@emilyjewelry.fr, indicating your order number. We will send you a return form by email.
  2. Prepare your package: Print and complete the form, then place it in the package with the jewelry (new, unworn, in its complete original packaging).
  3. Ship your package: Send everything with a tracking number and carefully keep your proof of postage.

Yes, return shipping costs are at your expense.

Exceptionally, if the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item or manufacturing defect observed upon receipt and validated by our team), the return costs will then be fully covered by EMILY JEWELRY.

Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days from the receipt and validation of your return package by our workshop. The funds will be automatically credited back to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Please note: Initial shipping fees are only refunded in case of a preparation error on our part.

Despite all the care taken in preparing your orders, unforeseen circumstances may arise. We invite you to contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@emilyjewelry.fr, including your order number and photos of the defect found.

Please note: After this 48-hour period, no claims will be accepted.

We will prioritize sending a replacement piece of jewelry. If the model is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund.

Please note: This coverage applies exclusively to defects found upon receipt of the package. It does not apply to jewelry that has been worn or damaged during use.

05 GIFT CARDS

No, no price is displayed on the documents inserted in the package.
You can therefore have your order delivered directly to its recipient with complete peace of mind, without any additional preparation.

The Emily gift card is 100% digital: it is sent directly by email to the recipient of your choice.

Highly flexible, it allows you to plan your thoughtful gesture: you can choose to send it immediately or schedule it for a specific date (birthday, holidays, etc.), all accompanied by a personalized message.

It is valid across our entire online store and has no expiration date, giving the recipient plenty of time to find the perfect item.

Our gift cards are available from €50, in increments of €50: €50, €100, €150, €200, and €300.

They can be used in one or more transactions. If the final order amount exceeds the gift card value, the difference can be easily paid with your preferred payment method.

Yes, absolutely. If your order total is less than the value of your gift card, the remaining balance is automatically saved.

You can use it with complete peace of mind for a future purchase in our store, with no time limit whatsoever.

Its creation is completely free and instant: all you need is a simple email address to join the Emily universe.

Yes, absolutely. You can check out as a guest by simply providing your email address during the payment step to receive your delivery notifications.

Yes, absolutely. To make your life easier, our store offers the option to log in via Shop.

By choosing this option, you can securely log in instantly, without having to create a new password. Your shipping addresses and preferences saved in the Shop app will be automatically synced for even faster checkout.

It's very simple! Once logged into your customer account, simply click on the ♡ icon on any product page to instantly add it to your list.

Your saved jewelry is thus securely stored. You can easily find them from one visit to the next and from any device (smartphone, tablet, or computer).

No worries! Go to the login page, click on the "Forgot password" link, and enter the email address associated with your account.

A secure reset link will be immediately sent to you by email, allowing you to choose a new password.
