Refund policy

Withdrawal Period

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

How to Return an Item

To exercise your right of return:

• Contact us at : contact@emilyjewelry.fr
• Download, fill out the return form, and include it in your package.

Return Conditions

Returned products must strictly meet the following criteria :

• Be brand new, unworn, and unused
• Be in perfect condition, with no signs of wear, tear, or damage
• Be returned in their complete original packaging (pouch, box, card, protective materials)
• Include any promotional items or gifts received with the initial order

Any return that does not comply with these conditions will be rejected.

Products Excluded from the Right of Return

Return Address

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the event of an obvious error on our part (non-compliant or defective item validated by our customer service).

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days, via the original payment method.

• Initial shipping fees are only refunded if the return is due to a preparation error or a non-compliant item
• Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer (except for the exception mentioned above)

Rejected Returns

If a return is deemed non-compliant (item worn, damaged, incomplete, or excluded), you will be notified by email. You will have two options :

• Request that the item be shipped back to you at your own expense.
• If we receive no response from you within 15 days, EMILY JEWELRY reserves the right to definitively retain the product.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. For any cancellation request, please contact us within one hour of your purchase at: contact@emilyjewelry.fr, specifying your order number.

Gifts Included in Orders

Emily Jewelry occasionally includes a complimentary piece of jewelry or surprise gift in certain orders, as part of promotional offers or as a token of appreciation. Gifted items are offered as a courtesy and cannot under any circumstances be exchanged or refunded. In the event of a return request, the conditions regarding the return of the gifted item will be clarified on a case-by-case basis during the exchange with our customer service. Emily Jewelry reserves the right to modify or discontinue its gift offers at any time without prior notice.

Disputes & Abusive Behavior

EMILY JEWELRY reserves the right to refuse any return in the event of manifest abuse (repetitive returns, damaged products, non-compliance with the general terms and conditions). Any attempted fraud may lead to the suspension of the customer account and services.

Consumer Mediation

In accordance with Articles L612-1 to L616-3 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of an unresolved dispute, you have the option to contact an approved consumer mediator free of charge.

Governing Law

This Return Policy is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt to find an amicable solution, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
