At EMILY JEWELRY, each order is prepared with the utmost care. This policy outlines our delivery zones, estimated delivery times, shipping options, and conditions in the event of a dispute, ensuring a premium, transparent, and secure shopping experience.
Delivery Zones
We currently deliver to :
- Metropolitan France and Corsica*
- Member States of the European Union (26 countries): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Deliveries to French overseas territories (DOM-TOM) and countries outside the EU are not available at this time. Any future expansion will be announced on our website and official social media channels.
Carriers & Shipping Options
We ship via Colissimo and Chronopost (excluding Corsica*), both recognized for their reliability. All available options are home delivery with tracking only, ensuring proof of delivery in the event of a dispute.
Shipping fees and available options are displayed at checkout. This information may vary depending on the destination or current promotional offers.
Processing & Delivery Times
Order Processing : 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment :
- Metropolitan France : 1 to 2 working days
- Corsica : 3 to 15 working days
- European Union : 2 to 5 working days
These timeframes are indicative. During peak periods (holidays, promotions, seasonal closures), specific notifications will be displayed on the website.
Shipment Confirmation
A confirmation email containing a tracking number is sent as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to follow your package's journey in real time.
Shipping Address
The Customer is fully responsible for the information entered when placing an order. Please verify that the provided address is accurate and complete (first and last name, street name and number, postal code, apartment or floor number, building access codes, etc.).
EMILY JEWELRY declines any responsibility for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, omitted, or imprecise address details. If the package is returned to the sender, any reshipping fees will be charged to the customer, and any requested refund will exclude the initial shipping costs.
Order Receipt — Damaged Packages
Upon delivery, please inspect your package carefully.
- If the package is visibly damaged, we highly recommend that you refuse it directly from the carrier — this refusal will automatically trigger a return to our warehouse.
- Contact us within a maximum of 48 hours at : contact@emilyjewelry.fr
- Include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged package and its contents.
- Once verified and if the damage is confirmed, a replacement shipment will be sent within 5 working days.
Delayed or Lost Packages
In the event of a delayed delivery or non-receipt :
- Contact us at contact@emilyjewelry.fr — we will immediately open an investigation with the carrier.
- If the package is officially declared lost by the carrier, we will offer you a replacement shipment (subject to stock availability) or a full refund.
Status Marked "Delivered" But Package Not Received
Once the carrier confirms delivery, the responsibility for receiving the package shifts to the customer. EMILY JEWELRY cannot be held liable for theft or loss occurring after delivery. Please check with your neighbors or building manager before contacting us.
Package Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed, an incomplete address, or your prolonged absence, two options will be available :
- Reshipment : at the customer's expense
- Refund : processed excluding the initial shipping fees
Legal Protection in Case of Dispute
All of our shipments are tracked, signed for, and timestamped. In the event of an abusive claim (an order claimed as not received when the tracking status indicates otherwise), EMILY JEWELRY reserves the right to refuse any refund or replacement.
We retain all legal proof of delivery (signatures, scans, carrier confirmations). Any attempted fraud may be reported to the competent authorities.

As part of its responsible business approach, EMILY JEWELRY contributes to the financing of the collection, sorting and recycling of household packaging through its membership in an approved eco-organisation, in accordance with French Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations.
